Ian is an adorable little boy in Kindergarten. He currently lives with his brother, Hadrian in the same foster family. They are very close to one another and will be adopted together. Ian is a creative, expressive child. He is reported to have a strong learning ability and likes to share about his day at school with his foster family. He’s well behaved and good at working in groups. Ian is thoughtful and willing to accept new things. He is an excellent older brother, being gentle with Hadrian. Though Ian’s language articulation skills and fine motor skills are delayed, he has been working to improve this through therapy. He is doing very well, and will no doubt continue to improve with a loving family.
DOB: September 2014
Special Needs: physical developmental delays (motor and language), Thalassemia
Hadrian, Ian’s little brother, is a spunky personality and a persistent child. He and his brother get along great with Ian often indulging Hadrian. Hadrian can be shy and will look for Ian if he is not around. Hadrian, like his brother, has motor and language delays. It has been recommended he start Kindergarten this year, so he can receive the necessary training to help catch him up with his peers. Hadrian is, overall, a happy child. If he is ever upset, his foster family can calm him down by giving him reasonable explanations for the rules. He tends to get upset if he doesn’t get a fair share of food. He eats more than his peers but isn’t fussy about what he eats. Hadrian still wears a diaper but is undergoing training with his foster family to help potty train him. There is no doubt that with the care and stability of a forever family, Hadrian will reach his full potential!
