Program Overview

Kyrgyzstan’s program of adoptions closed three years ago. As the government has stabilized over the past many months, the adoption program of Kyrgyzstan has sought new agency applications in order to reopen to Americans wishing to adopt children.

The process for adoption in Kyrgyzstan Is still under discussion, as the process is revamped and restructured in Kyrgyzstan as well as in America. .

Program Updates

Heartsent has made application to work in Kyrgyzstan and currently has a professional office in that country. Seeking to work in Kyrgyzstan, our Board President made a trip this beautiful Central Asian country in 2010, and has been in the process of setting up our ground team and local staff over the past two years. We currently await news that our application has been approved and that our adoption program can commence. New updates will be posted here as news comes in.
