HEARTSENT ADOPTIONS, INC. OFFERS A UNIQUE ADOPTION PROGRAM IN CENTRAL ASIA through our liaison programs, or by using our networking services to work with a program of your choice. We currently work in Kazakhstan, to assist families with adoptions from Eastern Europe/Central Asia. Heartsent also has a direct program of adoptions in KYRGYZSTAN.

Adoption from Central Asia is an excellent choice for Heartsent families. Heartsent has developed a successful "teamwork" approach for the adopting families choosing to adopt from Kazakhstan, who complete a homestudy with Heartsent, then continue to work closely with our staff to compile their country dossier, and receive ongoing child referral assistance, support and resources through post placement. Heartsent also has an amazing direct program in Kyrgyzstan. In this country, the children are of Turkish and Mongolian ancestry. Our program there is excellent, and unique! Please inquire for details.

Heartsent is currently working on the establishment of a direct program of adoptions in the UKRAINE.

Once the homestudy is done, the teamwork begins as our adopting families contact our liaison program, or the program of their choice, to complete their dossier and receive a child referral. We assist with the child referral process, by advocating for the family and providing local support while they are working with their placement agency. Heartsent forms a team approach with the family and child placement agency, by assisting with education and information concerning the child's health and medical information, and travel preparations once a child has been accepted by the adopting family.

Heartsent works closely with the liaison program and family to ensure that the children referred have complete medical information, and to provide a more personal approach to the adoption process. Families have appreciated the personal touch that such a team approach offers, as well as the increased accessibility to caring staff and a quicker response time when questions arise.

In Kyrgyzstan, Heartsent has a direct program of adoptions. Families can start with Heartsent by completing a home study, and then continue through the adoption and homecoming with their child. Families can also begin our Kyrgyzstan program after completing a home study with their local agency out of state.

In Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, both girls and boys are able to be adopted, at all ages including infants. Children are able to be matched with their adoptive parents within about 8-10 months after paperwork has been submitted to the country. Adoption timelines vary by country.

Adoptions from Central Asian countries require patience, as they can be difficult and prone to governmental delays. Using Heartsent's teamwork approach with our established liaison agencies, or Heartsent's direct programs, families can be assured of a personal and supportive process.
