COLOMBIA remains a pending program for Heartsent. We are currently applying for licenses to work in this beautiful country. Colombia is going through a full review of agencies who were licensed and those who wish to be licensed. We expect it to take much of 2010 for that process to be completed.
Heartsent is excited to announce two new programs of adoption, open now. RUSSIA is a program that has long been opened to adoptive parents, and Heartsent now partners with an accredited agency to complete adoptions from Russia. Please inquire about our program of adoptions there. In addition, Heartsent now works with our partner agency in ETHIOPIA to complete the adoption of children, including young children, toddlers, and sibling groups.
