Meet Heather, an affectionate girl! Heather likes to be noticed and get attention from other people. She often acknowledges her mistakes and is willing to apologize. She likes to make arts and craft especially threading and play colorful blocks to express her ideas. Heather had a surgery in 2018 due to developmental dysplasia of right hip, and was also diagnosed with laryngomalacia and ulnar fracture due to child abuse. On the development assessment, it’s found that Heather has cognitive delay, mixed language delay, gross motor delay, fine motor development delay, and borderline social and emotional development delay. Currently, Heather receives therapy session 4 times a week. She lives in a foster home and has a good rapport with the foster family.
