Penelope is a gentle girl that gets along well with others. She is always smiling and bright, captivating those who watch over her. In 2011, she was diagnosed with Prader-Willi Syndrome, which was also indicated by the delays she displayed at the time. However, even though she is still delayed in general developments, she has made much more progress from the previous report. She can do many general activities on her own and does not require the help of a nanny to complete them, and listens well to what her caretakers tell her to do. In 2016, Penelope started receiving home care from the first development center. With a family who can give her the support she needs, she is bound to flourish!!
