Look at Thomas, he's so good at putting puzzles together!! He is creative too, trying to make glasses with the puzzle pieces. He's a 6-yr-old boy, gentle, friendly and likes to try new things. He does enjoy encouragement from adults and takes good care of the things he likes and is willing to share them with people. Due to a long-term neglect from his birth father he does have some developmental delays and right now he's receiving early intervention once a week and Campus tour tutoring once a month. Thomas is bonded with the foster family very well and had a good relationship with his previous foster older sister who was already adopted to the US.
