Meet Vincent, a quiet but curious little boy! According to the foster family, Vincent interacts well with family members and has a stable attached relationship with them. In January 2018, he was diagnosed with flat feet, but it does not prevent him from jumping and carrying out everyday activities. Vincent’s overall development for motor skill is borderline, and his language and cognitive development are delayed. He understands easy commands but has troubles in more complicated commands.
