Meet Winnie, a gentle and curious girl! Winnie has motor and language delay. For gross motor, she can walk very well but needs assistance when walking up and down and stairs. She cannot run yet. For language development, Winnie has limited word vocabularies, and she communicates with the foster family mostly with action. Currently, she receives therapy (occupational, physical, and language) once a week. She also takes medication for epilepsy symptoms once a day. Winnie is happy and cheerful, and she is well loved by the foster family. Some of her favorite activities are to play balls and go on the slides.
